Gustavo Pérez forma parte del equipo de Vertiv, antes Emerson Network Power, desde 1998. El 1 de agosto del 2021 fue nombrado Director de Ventas para Cuentas Nombradas (named accounts) en Vertiv América Latina y para mayo de 2025, asumió la posición de Director de Cuentas Estratégicas para la región. En su rol está a cargo de desarrollar la estrategia comercial para Latinoamérica para cuentas estratégicas y que atiendan los objetivos de la organización.

En sus 27 años con la compañía se ha desempeñado en diferentes posiciones de liderazgo en el área comercial. Previamente, fue Director de Ventas Telecom México y Director Comercial México.

Durante su carrera profesional ha colaborado con compañías globales como Emerson Network Power y Marconi PLC, empresas a las que ayudó a prosperar en su camino hacia la Transformación Digital.

Es egresado de la Universidad La Salle como Ingeniero Eléctrico y Electrónico, cuenta con un MBA por el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Gustavo Pérez has been part of the Vertiv team, formerly Emerson Network Power, since 1998. On August 1, 2021, he was appointed Sales Director for Named Accounts at Vertiv Latin America, and as of early May 2025, his role transitioned to Director of Strategic Accounts for the region. In this position, he is responsible for aligning the structure of strategic accounts with the organization’s overall strategy.

During his 27 years with the company, he has held various leadership positions in the commercial area. Previously, he served as Telecom Sales Director for Mexico, Commercial Director for Mexico, and Telecom Sales Manager for NOLA.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked with global companies such as Emerson Network Power and Marconi PLC, helping them thrive in their journey toward Digital Transformation.

He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidad La Salle and an MBA in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
