He has over three decades of management experience leading cross-cultural teams across Latin America, with a career marked by driving substantial sales growth in international telecommunication services. He has also been instrumental in the conceptualization and development of major submarine cable projects, including CSN-1, AURORA, PCCS, BRUSA, and SAM-1 extensions—initiatives that have significantly enhanced global connectivity and data transmission efficiency. He holds an MBA, a Marketing degree, and is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial planning.
